Small hardback souvenir copy of the Keynote Speech made by Homer Cummings at the 1920 Democratric Party Convention in San Francisco. Cummings (1870-1956) was an American lawyer and politician who was the U.S. Attorney General from 19330 to 1939. He served as chairman of the Democratic National Committee between 1919 to 1920. Inscribed by Cummings to the Hon. Patrick Quealy, a Wyoming businessman with widespread commercial, financial, and coal mining interests. The book cover's corner tips at slightly bumped. Binding and spine remain tight. Former library book.
