Dark navy cloth covered boards with blind-stamped design on front panel, gilt-stamped lettering and publisher's logo on spine. Upper page edges are blue-tinted. Boards are clean, lettering is clear. Upper edge at head of spine is faintly sunned and back corner has small bump. Side and lower page edges are age-toned, as are text pages. Shadow transfers on end-papers and pp. 54-55. Internally clean and with snug text block.Dust jacket spine and fore-edges are sunned. All folds are creased and gilt-coating is chipping off.
