It was rebuilt and stood until 1936 when it burned down. Various editions of the 2-volume set also included lithos of the New York Crystal Palace and San Francisco (also available from Asterisk Books). .The print has a close tear running into the left side of the image. The tear has been repaired from behind with removable archival paper tape. A couple of the fold lines show light browning. The print is eminently frameable with very attractive subtle coloring. The print will ship folded.

It is particularly scarce; most copies of the 2-volume set include a litho of the London Crystal Palace (which is also available from Asterisk Books).The Great Exhibition at the Crystal Place was the first world's fair held in America.
