Author pays due homage to a much-disputed land by means of a finely written travelogue that reads like social history. Illustrated beautifully by George Wharton Edwards. Bound very attractively in a thick quarto format hardcover, with navy blue decorative cloth cover. 344 pp. Full color frontis with tissue guard present. Nearly three dozen other illustrations, in both black-and-white and full color. Handsomely done black-and-white engraved heads and tails and initials.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
