Folio. 272 pp. Indigo cloth with gold titling to spine and blind stamped publisher's logo to front board, matching cloth slipcase blind stamped with Glaser's signature on both cover panels. Spine cloth faintly sunned, white (paint?) soil mark to slipcase front panel at top edge. Though not the Deluxe edition, this copy is signed by Glaser at top of half title in bold black ink. Autograph letter laid in at front, signed by Glaser and written on Milton Glaser Inc. letterhead: "Dear Ted (?) and Ann / Now in the real millennium / all real wishes for peace / of mind, love and friendship / in our new century / best wishes / Milton and Shirley." This is an oversized book and may require extra postage.
