New York: E. P. Dutton and Company, Incorporated, 1943. First Edition. Near Fine/Very Good. Inscribed and signed by the author in the front free endpaper. Introduction by William Rose Benét. Collection of poetry. In original, unclipped ($2.00), jacket in protective sheet. Some shallow chipping along edges, slightly toned spine, and a one inch closed tear. Bound in blue cloth over boards with black lettering on the front and spine. Solid and square. Long edge deckled. Light spotting to endpapers. The interior is clean and clear throughout. One of 1500 first edition copies printed, one of very few signed and inscribed.
