Boston: Little, Brown & Co, 1940. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Fair. Near Fine in a Very Good jacket, unclipped ($2.50), faded at the spine, rubbed and with some shallow chips and creases at the edges. Green cloth with gilt lettering and designs on the spine and front board. Firmly bound with a forward lean and a red top stain, clean internally. Forester's novel of Don Narciso Rich and his travels with Columbus on his third voyage, published in the UK as "The Earthly Paradise.
