John Murray, 1910. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1910. Second Edition. 373 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth covered boards with gilt lettering. Pages have mild tanning and foxing throughout, moderate at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Plates are bright and clear. Previous owner's inscription and stamps to prelims. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout however binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is darkened. Sunning to spine.
