About This Item

London: Quartet Books, 1979 . First edition. Cloth. Fine/Very Good Indeed. 9.5" by 6.5". None. An excellent, first UK edition of the last uncollected stories of popular author F. Scott Fitzgerald, compiled by Matthew Bruccoli. First UK edition, published the same time as the US edition. Bound in the publisher's original cloth, with the original, unclipped dust wrapper. This collection is comprised of fifty previously uncollected stories by celebrated author F. Scott Fitzgerald, many of which had not appeared in Great Britain until this publication. Edited by American professor of English, Matthew Joseph Bruccoli, who was a preeminent expert on F. Scott Fitzgerald. With an introduction and notes on each story by Bruccoli. In the publisher's original cloth binding, with the original, unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent, with light bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Dust wrapper is very smart, with light edge wear and the odd crease. The occasional mark to wraps. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean throughout. Fine
