US: Easton Press, 2003. Collector's Edition. Hardback. Very Good -. Leather-bound Collector's Edition signed by author James I. Robert, Jr. and the illustrator Mort Kunstler at volume one. Includes publisher's signed certificate of authenticity and loose bookplate stickers (not pasted to any pages). Full leather over boards with gilt particulars, decorations, and four raised bands to spine; illutrated plate in gilt rule and gilt particulars to front board, and decorative gilt rule to boards. Previous owner's embossed stamp to lower edge of half-title page at volume one and to title page of both volumes, and faint red underlining to a some words throughout. Pages of volume two clean and unmarked. All edges gilt, orange moire silk endpapers, and gold silk bookmarker attached and intact. Light scuffing to gilt at all edges. Boards are clean and bright with bumping to corners. Binding is tight and square.
