Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild sunning and scuffing overall. Spine has light sunning with soft crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean. Clipped jacket has light edge-wear with minor tears and chipping. Mild rubbing and marking. minor rubbing, chipping and tearing to edges.

Lower cover of copy has some sticky tape residues otherwise outers are sound. FFE bears ex-library date stamps and verso of title page has "Hertfordshire Library" stamps on it. text and b/w plates are clean though some foxing to folio foredge. Rear end papers have some sticky tape residue. Overall a sound copy of a scarce title

A near very good copy, lightly rubbed to the board edges and with afew light marks and indentations. The contents are complete and clean throughout but with a previous owner's signature and a little spotting / browning to the front free endpaper.
