Small format paperback guide, published by Appalachian Mountain Club, 1979. The 22nd edition of this guide to the White Mountain region of New Hampshire. 3-1/2" X 6", 509 pages. Includes the four folded maps in a pocket attached to the inside of the back cover. Two of the four maps are double sided. No former ownership marks, no writing on the text pages. This is not a remainder copy, not a library discard. Binding is tight and square. Edges of the text block are clean. Covers are flat with no creases or curling to the corners. No creases to the spine. For this edition, the maps are not housed in a pocket, they are only inserted into the front of the book. The attached photos are of the copy we have in our inventory.
