About This Item
Attractive later binding in gilt tooled morocco with particulars to spine. Previous owner's name in gilt to foot of spine. All edges gilt. Gilt inner dentelles. Marbled endpapers. Lacks plate called for at page 132, however no evidence of it ever being there. Large folding map of Nepal with routes taken by Kirkpatrick. 2.5 inch tear near horizontal fold line to right of map not affecting image. Some foxing, otherwise, a very nice clean copy. ; 4to ; xix, [i], 386, [ii], [iv] pages; All shipments through USPS insured Priority Mail.
