Rand McNally. Good. 1928. Hardcover. ; Green cloth cover is heavily frayed at corners and chipped on spine caps with a small damp stain in lower left of the illustration and soiling. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Pages are clean and pristine. Small erasure at bottom of front end sheet. Many pages have a tear in the lower margin up to 1.5" and one page with a 1" chip in bottom margin, pages toned but clean. .
