Paris: Didot, Anno VIII (1800). Acceptable. 12mo (14 cm); 100 pages. In full polished calf with gilt-tooled border, spine decorated in gilt, with red leather title label. Bright pink pastepaper endleaves! Edges and corners worn, upper board a little scuffed, but in all a very pleasant little book. Reference: Bergamo, Raccolta Tassiana, #1239.

Tasso's pastoral romance, printed in pocketbook format by the great Parisian house of Didot.
