N.p.: Self published, 1990. Original Treatment script for an unproduced film, an original story written by Terry Southern and two co-writers. A story set in South America, about a "mad scientist" experimenting on animals, and eventually people. Animal rights, Greek Mythology, and an ending involving a depiction of Goya's famous painting, "Saturn Devouring His Children," as well as a "Dr. Fisher" character, this would have been one odd, cult-warranting film. Writer Wray has played a "Fisher" character in three films, being "Reform School Girls" (1986), "Inside Out" (1991), and "Children of the Night" (1991), so we presume he would have starred similarly in this production. Several typescripts are held at the New York Public Library in their Archives and Manuscripts department White titled wrappers. Title page present, undated, with credits for writers Southern, Wray and Ward. 61 leaves, with last leaf of text numbered 58, with a color reproduced image of Goya's painting at the rear. Mechanically reproduced. Pages and wrappers Near Fine, bound with a plastic comb binding.
