Fine in decorated green cloth covered boards with red text on the spine and with red text and green floral decorations on the front board and with the top edge of the text block gilt. A small octavo measuring 7 1/2 by 4 1/2 inches with the cloth on the spine very slightly faded. Without a dust jacket as issued. The book is contained within a fine paper covered slip case with a paper label of the front board of the book on both panels of the slip case. Laid-in at the front of the book is the publisher's note card regarding the first printing of this title. This is the First Edition Library's exact (facsimile) reproduction of the first edition of the book. 303 pages of text. A handsome, clean copy with no prior ownership markings of any kind. One of the more difficult volumes to find in collectible condition in the First Edition Library collection.
