First collected edition of an important periodical that ran from 1713 to 1714 opposing treaties reducing duties on French imports. Interestingly, Daniel Defoe edited the Mercator, which was in support of the treaties.
Very scarce. Three volume set sold at auction in 2006 for almost $5,000.
