Cambridge: Harvard University Press, 1954. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good +. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Decorated paper over boards with paper title plate to spine. Spine browned, with wear to head and heel, creasing along front board edge visible. Rubbing to outer edges of boards. Outer edges of pages browned; previous owner's signature to front endpage. Dustjacket shows wear and creasing to the outer edges, with a large closed tear to the front panel that has been resealed. Spine panel creased, with paper loss to the head and the heel. Rear panel browned with s bit of dustsoil.
