Silk moire end papers; satin place-holder ribbon; and all edges gilt. 398 pp. with occasional color illustrations by Joseph Isom, a bw map, and a geneaological cart for Creek Mary. No dust jacket, as issued. Includes a special message to members from Dee Brown.
