About fine but for a small stain on the edge of the half title page, and some soiling to the printed glassine-like cover overlay, which is printed in gold, that is bright when angled to the light. Front endpaper is inscribed ( but not signed ), by the author. All edges gilt. 84 pages. His second book. Quite scarce..
