London: James R. Osgood McIlvaine and Co., 1893. With an introduction by Andrew Lang. Very Good, bound in ornately decorated green morocco with gilt inlays of cherubs with trailing vines and rose-filled vases. All edges gilt, wide ornate floral turn-ins, silk moire endpapers and marbled end pages.. Includes a First Lines Index and 7 illustrations, all present. Front end pages loose, rear marbled endpage with 1/3 of page paper loss, wear at joints and edges, end pages darkened. The front turn-in stamp-signed E. Dreyfous. Edouard Henry Dreyfous was a French born seller of fine decorative objects, with shops in paris, London and New York. His customers included the British Royal houses. A quite lovely Art Nouveau inspired binding. . Later Edition. Morocco. Very Good/No Jacket, As Issued. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
