An interesting original composition by the fairy tale taste-maker of Victorian nurseries. 9.75'' x 7.25''. Original green cloth lettered in gilt. Foliage-patterned endpapers. Illustrated by T. Scott (frontispiece) and E.A. Lemann (remainder) with 15 full-page chromolithographs. [8], 86, [2] pages. Spine a bit rubbed and toned, slight lean. Offsetting to endpapers. Gilt bright.
