Dustjacket unclipped bearing original price, slight nicks to spine-ends and corners, a bit of laminate lift, in new Brodart sleeve. A play in two acts based on Hadrian the Seventh and other writings of Frederick Rolfe, "Baron Corvo", first staged on May 9, 1967 by the Birmingham (England) Repertory Theatre. Illustrated with a black-&-white frontispiece plate of Alec McCowen in the title role. Introduction by Herbert Weinstock.
