Kangaroo collars? Mississippi? Dr. Seuss tells us we can read about all these things and more, as long as we keep our eyes open! This charming romp through the wonders of reading features the line "The more that you learn, / the more places you'll go," which Seuss would revisit in the 1990 OH, THE PLACES YOU'LL GO! 9'' x 6.5''. Original color pictorial boards. Blue and white patterned endpapers with book synopsis. Illustrated in color. No jacket as issued. [20] leaves. Light bumping to corners and spine ends. Leaves with a couple tiny spots of soil; tape repair to hinge of front flyleaf and half-title page. Sound and bright.
