The story of Lady Macbeth, in the character of Gruoch, daughter of Boite, the Earl of Moray as she struggles to achieve her birthright to the throne of Scotland. 313 pp. Blue cloth spine carries silver gilt text and binds black, textured paper covered boards, top edge dyed red, red ep's. Front panel features author and title impressed over a small crown. Both spine ends are slightly sunned. Book is tight and square. Priceclipped, wraparound DJ has edge wear, more so on top edge than the bottom. 3/4" closed tear at head of spine on front panel. DEDICATION: To Merritt and Jeanne Bonnie Copeland December 1979. SIGNED and dated by author. Bookseller's Inventory # 165329.
