A magazine of poetry and prose founded by Banks and Matthews in 1964 while they were students at the University of North Carolina. Portfolio by Arturo Esquerra in a pocket on the inside rear wrap and an essay on Faulkner by Malcolm Cowley. Additional contributors include Dock Wilson Adams, Dennis Trudell, Stanley Cooperman, Robert Morgan, William Pitt Root, John Hollander, and Wallace Kaufman.
