There is a not-unattractive former bookseller's stamp affixed to the lower corner of the rear pastedown endpaper; else, free of ownership names, dates, addresses, notations, or inscriptions. The Dustwrapper shows a one-inch by half-inch chip at head of the backstrip; moderate to heavy wear to the extremities, with slight chip loss at corner tips; mild rubbing and faint soiling; the price has been clipped; mylar-protected. Shows wear, but remains a clean, sturdy, presentable copy. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo. (8.6 x 5.9 x 0.8 inches). 160 pages. Illustrated by Kate Seredy.
