London, Routledge, 1946.. SECOND IMPRESSION 1946, (first published 1944), 8vo, green cloth, vignette, 119 pages, many line illustrations by Irene Williamson, a few full page. Neat inscription on front endpaper, a touch of rubbing at tail of spine, a very good clean tight copy, lacking dustwrapper.
