Seattle: The Simplex Pub. Co, 1921. Pamphlet. 88p., slender booklet, spine panel torn in two places; paper toned, minor soil. Second edition, posthumous; revised. Outlines the author's theory that the earth was once surrounded by rings, the collapse of which caused catastrophic floods on earth, including the Biblical flood. The creationist ideas of the Jehovah's Witnesses were heavily influenced by Vail. Includes ads at the rear for Warren Edwin Brokaw's "The Equitist.
