Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1913. Privately printed in about 1905, this is the 1913 publicly available edition. Name and price on blank fep. Illustrated with black and white drawings and black and white and color engravings. The first page of the first chapter is miscut at the top, however, it appears that no text is missing. 400 pages including index. Extra shipping charges apply to this heavy volume; shipping is $6.00 via media rate. Some wear and tear to covers, shelf wear to bottom. A few areas of foxing noted in the margins of the first few unnumbered pages and those two pages are separated about two inches at the bottom. A few pages havings spotting or staining in the margins. Some separation damage to spine.
