Boston: Ticknor and Fields, 1868. Book. Very Good. Cloth. First Edition. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Green cloth with embossed gilt tiles design to the front and gilt tiles/ publisher emblem to the spine. 179 pp. Publisher emblem on title page with matching dates on title page and copyright page. Type not battered on page 12 ( Isaiah) nor page ( Upsall). This copy is VG. Exterior is rich .Front gilt is bright. Spine and gilt modestly faded. Dime sized stain on rear cover. Top/bottom of spine have modest wear. edges and tips only minimal. Dark brown EPs Neat PO signature at top of title page, Faded script on front paste down and faint pencilled numbers on FEP. Front paste down starting to crack away from the hinge. Text is clean, unmarked and tightly bound with minimal toning..
