New York: The Museum of Modern Art, 1936. Book. VG+. Cloth. First Edition. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Copyright September 1936, so stated. One of "Three thousand copies of this catalog were printed for the trustees of the Museum of Modern Art by the Spiral Press - New York".Blue cloth with gilt tiles to the spine. 176 pp. and 102 plates. This copy is VG+ in a VG, unclipped ($ 2.50), Mylar protected DJ.Exterior is rich and clean with only hints of wear. Gilt is bright. Inside is unmarked, clear, and tightly bound . Modest toning to gutters, otherwise minimal, even toning throughout text. DJ has modestly sunned spine, minimal chipping to edges and tips, and a 1/4" wide open tear at top of spine ( not affecting the "N" in "New". Top page edges are dust dulled. Very Nice and SCARCE in DJ..
