Bellissimo frontespizio rosso e nero entro cornice con elementi floreali stilizzati. All’interno 6 xilografie finemente incise. Volume appartenuto a Padre Gabriello Totti Antiche note manoscritte nell'ultima carta: "Il di 4 ottobre 1572 La edificatione di Santa MAria di Loreto nella porta di colle la quale edificatione il Cardinale di Preto, il Cardinale Vercelli governatore di .. et il Vescovo de Macerata benedisse le fondasmenta et le due prietre scritte leg. rato nelel fondamenta et cetera. P. Gabriello Totti il sottoscritto scrissi et sui presente quanto di sopra". Collazionato e completo. Copertina in mezza pelle ottocentesca con titolo e decorazioni in oro al dorso in buone condizioni con lievi usure marginali. Legatura in buone condizioni. Pagine in buone condizioni generali con fioriture e lievi gore d’umidità marginali. Parti mancanti al frontespizio. Rinforzo al margine di piegatura di pag. 1 con parti mancanti. Segni di tarlo marginali alle prime 17 pagine e da pag. 176 alla fine senza inficiare il testo. In folio. Dim. 31,5x22,5 cm. Pp.
