New York: Knopf, 1935. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Very Good+/Lacking. xiv, 437, xxiv pages, 48 pages of plates : illustrations ; 25 cm. Hardcover. Publisher's original rose colored cloth over boards, spine and upper cover stamped in gilt, wine colored top stain. Book Condition: light wear to spine ends, salt and pepper size bit of wear to corners & the usual extremities, but overall wear is very limited ; endpapers show some offsetting yet interior is bright and unmared, pristine even; with a solid binding. A nice copy. Dust jacket largely missing; front flap only piece still extant, laid in. Flap is price clipped and yapped at the edges, else fine.
