All page edges gilt. 5 raised bands and gilt lettering to the spine. Marbled EPS with gilt dentelles. Frontispiece portrait with tissue guard.Illustrated with tissue guards throughout.. This copy is VERY GOOD . Exterior is modestly rubbed around edges. Top page gilt modestly dulled. Inside has a neat script gift inscription dated Christmas 1871.Otherwise, unmarked, crisp , and tight.Earliest Osgood edition on Abe as of October 2023. Lovely. .
