Seattle, WA: Fantagraphics Books, 1994. First Fantagraphics Book softcover editions. Paperback. Near fine. SIGNED. Quarto [29 cm] Various shades of printed illustrated wraps. Volume 2 is discolored at the spine. The front wrap of this volume is just a little creased. In a red cloth covered slipcase with lettering and pictorial stamping in gilt. With the illustrated plate specially designed to accompany this slipcased edition, limited to 200 and signed by the artist.
