Duckworth, 1931. 1st edition. Hardcover. Original burgundy cloth in very good condition, gilt spine lettering, binding square and tight, endpapers with slight offsetting from flaps, pages very clean indeed, all plates and maps intact. In the original green dustjacket, some professional internal repairs at extremities, slightly darkened spine. Nice example of Waugh's second book of travel, and quite scarce thus.
