Norwich: Press of the Bulletin Company, 1897. Pamphlet. 16p., stapled wraps, 5.75x9 inches., some light dampstaining, wraps browned with minor chipping, wraps beginning to split along spine. Social welfare society founded as outgrowth of the Women's Christian Temperance Union. At this time they focused on poor and working class women along with the needs of children.
