[7], ix-xii, [2], 328, [10] (with [5] pages of publisher's advertisements) pp. Black cloth with bright yellow lettering on the front board and spine. Price of $2.00 on front flap of jacket. A Very Good book with some age toning to the textblock and some noticeable wear to the cloth in a Good+ edge-worn dust jacket with rubbing and a few small chips.
