About This Item
New York: G. P. Putnam. Fair with no dust jacket. 1927. First Edition. Hardcover. Nicely illustrated with color and black and white full page portraits, photographs and facsimilies (two folding). The contents are clean and tight, and and free of foxing or markings. One page carelessly opened with a small tear to edge, and a handful of pages in the index have a small crimp to edge. Bibliography, index, and addenda. This book is bound in green 3/4 leather, but both covers are detached, covers and spine have edgewear, and the spine is chipped at the bottom--this is obviously a candidate for binding repair. Contents are very good. Please inquire if you would like more information.; Color & B&W illustrations; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 531 pages .
