Hardcover in jacket, as pictured; the stated second printing, in the same year as the first. Light wear to book, minor bumping to corners; jacket edgeworn with some chips, creases, short tears, hint of spine fade, ink note on flap. Text clean; ix, [3], 210 pages, 8 b/w photo plates. .
