A collection of poems, songs, hymns, carols, etc. about rural life in old Scarborough, Ontario where the author lived his early life and also of the Haliburton Highlands where the family summered in a lakeside cottage. Large gift inscription in ink on the front free endpaper, a slight separation between the page gatherings at pages 116/117 - binding holding firmly.
