J. Nichols & Son; F & C. Rivington, &c. London. 1810. TWELVE VOLUMES. 8vo. (8.7 x 5.4 inches). New edition. Portrait frontis after Sir Joshua Reynolds, engraved by James Fittler. Some minor foxing to some pf the pages but generally a very good clean set. Contemporary full tree calf bindings. The spines with black and green labels and gilt decoration in the compartments. Tops and bottoms of some spines and hinges have been professionally repaired. Some minor chipping to a few labels but overall a very good attractive set.
