Altogether, 4 Publications, Disbound But Latter 3 Attached Together At Spines. 12 1/8" X 7 5/8" (Jenison) And 11 1/2" X 7 1/2" (Other Publications). Little Wear, But: 1. (Jenison): Dampness Damage At Lower Fore Edge Corner To Pages, Without Loss Of Text. Bookplate Of A Noble Personage, No Motto, Crown Above Oval With Bar Sinister And Single Lion, Etc., Signed "H. Simon, F.", Possibly Henri Simon Thomassin. 2. (Character): Dampstaining, Loss Of Paper On Title Page Including A Few Letters At Top And Lower Left Of Title Page, Smaller Losses To Top Of Pp 1-2 And With Part Of That Page Adhered To P. 3.; Another Example Of Same Bookplate By Simon (Speech): Dampstaining. 4. (Commons): Dampstaining. Tears And A Few Small Tape Repairs And Some Remaining Traces Of Mold Staining To All Items. Jenison (1648/49-1704), Apparently A Relative Of A Slightly Earlier Prominent Cleric Of That Same Name, Was An Informer In The "Popish Plot".
