Blue boards with gilt lettering. 20 pp, BW frontispiece, 244 BW plates on 122 leaves. grey paper dustjacket w/ black printing. Heavy foxing to front endpaper, then recedes to a few instances to title page and others; primarily to page edges. A nice, bright copy. Photo is of a previous copy from our collection; this copy very similiar and accompaying dustjacket. "The edition of this book is limited to eleven hundred copies." Includes list of plates.
