Original red cloth with gilt lettering and decorations front cover & spine. The book is in very good condition with faded spine, fraying at spine ends, rubbing tips corners, a few light spot marks to covers, former owner bookplate to front pastedown otherwise no previous owner marks or writing on pages, solid binding, no foxing. The book measures 223mm tall x 145mm and has 396 pages + 4 pages of ads at end, 39 b/w illustrations (photos & engravings), folding map. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
