Stated First Printing This book is an unusual size and shape, especially for a community cookbook. Narrow 4to size spiral comb bound softcover; 159 creamy laid pages with some black and white full page photographs of the campus. Recipes do not include the name of the contributor except for those contributed by restaurants. There is a list of individual and restaurant contributors in the back of the book. There is a Recipe Index.
