Land promotion prospectus for land in Axtell, San Pete County, Utah, which is locate between Salina and Centerfield, on US 89. One side prints the Clason's map of Utah [46 cm x 38 cm] / [18" x 15] and a sectional plat of Axtell [36 cm x 28 cm] / [14" x 11"]. The reverse offers information touting the agricultural possibilities of the region with useful information for the prospective buyer. "The owners of the land of Axtell are men of large means and of the highest business standing in Utah. What they offer is in no sense a project and they would not connect themselves with a doubtful venture.
