Binding square & tight, text clean & bright.. 16mo. 4 x 6.25 in. 679, 224 pp. Original black leatherette (imitation leather), titles in gilt, all edges red, with green ribbon marker; in original patterned glassine dustwrapper, printed in purple with 'Made in USA' seal; and presented in publisher's printed cardboard box.
